The day’s menu was brown rice, mildly spicy radish cubes, a Chinese cabbage, tau kwa

(firm tofu) and deep-fried yam croquette. The firm tofu had a stronger taste of soy than most other firm tofus I’ve gotten from wet markets & cai fan stalls. Added some boiled chickpeas & kidney beans for some extra protein, cause the auntie only gave me three small pieces of tau kwa 😅 Note: please add some sauce to your chickpeas & kidney beans ‘cause they’ll otherwise be tasteless. The other veggies tasted average & not too salty. Wished there were other vegan options apart from the Asian selection everyday!

Erm severely lacking in flavour, including salt. Couldn’t taste anything LOLOL but the variety was

good and APPREICATE the use of tofu instead of mock meat
