When I contacted this pizzería to ask about vegan options, the chef/owner suggested that our

group do a "vegan tasting" of freshly prepared dishes that would depend on the garden harvest of the week.

Oh my goodness we were delighted with 8 different delicious, varied dishes. At each course the chef explained the intricacies of the dish and we dove into vegan bliss. In order of the photos (chef, please forgive my simplistic descriptions!):
1. Starter of #beetroot with a #citrus marinade, served with grilled #endive
2. Assorted #focaccia
3. #veganeggplantparmesan sans cheese
4. Grilled, stuffed #redonion and #eggplant
5. Stuffed #redpepper, #greenpeppers, #yellowpeppers with homemade bread cubes
6. #ricenoodles with #saffron, #truffle, #squash and #carrot
7. Pizza that included #potatoes and #lentils, with a roasted #onion and #tomato relish
8. Dessert of fried fermented #pizzadough topped with #cranberry, #peach and #papaya

Simply amazing experience!!! The bill turned out to be 35€ per person, including drinks and a complimentary limoncello shot.
