Hill ricotta, topped with fresh basil, and served in a pomodoro sauce. So good! It’s been way too long since I've enjoyed such crave-worthy ravioli. This was a pop-up of Chubby Bunny’s New Yorker and Italian employee, Coleman, who convincingly demonstrated that all the deliciousness of traditional Italian pasta dishes can be achieved without involving any animals or their products.
