This dish is a little disappointing. The sauce is way too sour. The black fungus is crunchy but it just doesn’t fit with the sauce. The overall taste felt like north & South Pole Being forced together unwillingly.
I have recreated this dish before at home much to the delight of my family & myself. This dish just doesn’t click with me.
