I like this dessert. Nicely chilled & the sweetness is just prefect. Leaning to the not-so-sweet side. Unfortunately, the presentation wasn’t good. The wolfberries were all crumped together & I had to break them out. Somehow I guess the person who prepared this didn’t sprinkle & spread out the wolf berries but just put a handful in. #buffet

This dessert tasted nice & sweet. Just that the chilled dessert was achieved by adding few chunky ice cubes inside. It was a little troublesome to avoid scooping the ice cube that often got itself in the spoon. When the ice melted, the dessert became diluted which affected the overall taste experience. It would be better that the dessert is kept in the fridge to be chilled instead of adding ice cubes. #buffet

The tofu is soft inside but the batter the chef used left a bitter after taste which I didn’t enjoy eating this dish. The sauce is alright but it doesn’t elevate the dish. You can choose between spicy or non-spicy. The spicy sauce wasn’t even spicy 😂 I wouldn’t order this to leave space for other dishes I haven’t taste! #buffet

I like this dish! Simply because I always like Mee Suan. I don’t know how to fry Mee Suan. I always wonder how to fry when it is so soft without even breaking it into pieces or one big lump of flour?! Hence, I am always happy to taste fried Mee Suan. The food served at this restaurant is leaning on the healthier side, less salt, less oil. This Mee Suan isn’t salty or oily. I love it 😍 #buffet

I like that the fried rice isn’t oily or salty which made it healthier for me. I didn’t feel thirsty after the meal at the restaurant hence I would say that their food didn’t have added MSG. The serving portion is generous. Taste wise, it is okay. I am just not “fried rice fan” 🤣 #buffet

The rojak just doesn’t have the “wow” taste. Something seems to be missing… lime juice…maybe. It tastes a little flat which a squeeze of lime would bring the dish to a whole new level. #buffet

I like that the Bao is steamed nice & hot, as a result, it is super soft. The filling is not much, one which I preferred more of it & not less. The filling wasn’t very flavorful too. I am going to order other Bao the next time I visit again! #buffet

I am not a fan of Marmite Sauce & I am really thankful that the Marmite taste wasn’t strong. It doesn’t taste like pork but the colour does looked very real. The “bone” has been thoughtfully replaced with sugar cane. 👏🏻Overall a nice presented dish but a very “meaty” and heavy one. #buffet

This dish is a little disappointing. The sauce is way too sour. The black fungus is crunchy but it just doesn’t fit with the sauce. The overall taste felt like north & South Pole Being forced together unwillingly. I have recreated this dish before at home much to the delight of my family & myself. This dish just doesn’t click with me. #buffet

I like the creation of this dish with monkey mushrooms instead of mock meat. The sauce is nice with generous cubes of cucumbers & fresh pineapples. The serving is generous too. Taste wise, I find this dish satisfactory. 😅 #buffet

I guessed I had too much of expectation again…and benchmarked against the real calamari rings…I knew that this wasn’t fair to say that the vegan squid ring tasted okay. Texture wise, it was a little too mushy for my liking. In fact, it should be a plus point that it didn’t taste like the real squid. #buffet

When served, the dish didn’t look good. It was all dark brown & no distinct sight of oyster mushrooms! The mushrooms were a little over salted & seasoned. Though the dish tasted good, I just felt the taste was all seasonings & nothing from the oyster mushrooms. This is a “mixed feeling” dish. I may or may not order it again. Let’s see. #buffet
