So this was filling, and I didn't hate the hollandaise sauce, but there wasn't much to this dish. They did absolutely nothing to the cauliflower apart from a bland breading. The florets were intact for some reason, so it wasn't really even "chicken" shaped. Satisfied but let down by this menu item. Price was also really high for what was essentially a pretty dish.
Not what I expected! Was not a crispy waffle —had an chocolate flavour?—but very great sauces. Good use of coconut bacon to add a crunch. The chick’n is made of fried cauliflower.
This was their September brunch special. A take on Chick'n and Waffles. Breaded cauliflower on top of savoury waffles, hollandaise and coconut bacun. Easily one of the best meals I've had here. Incredible flavour. My only critique is that it's stacked up on a tiny plate and impossible to cut/eat on. Otherwise, this dish is perfection.
