Cheesy Cauliflower Bites

Another sweet surprise. Love their sauces.. and nuttilicious.. but thought their salad on the side is kinda boring for me. 😎

Remind me again @stevenneoh, why did we not get this the last time we were here? 🤯 This was nothing short of #amazing! The #cheese, really a #cashew sauce made for such an amazing coating atop all the #cauliflower 😋 The tiny bits of almond, also ‘cheese’ per their menu, provide a nice refreshing contrast to the more complex #cashewcheese that slathered the dish 🧀 Cheese on cauliflower used to be a childhood favourite of mine that my mom would prepare, some dairy cornstarch concoction that tasted oh so amazing 💛 I’m glad to have had a #vegancheese alternative to that, a dish I haven’t had in over 10 years probably! I’ll definitely make this more 😍 Thanks Afterglow, for the amazing #birthday memory 🥰

The cheese cream was lovely but they gave quite little so I was left with a lot of plain cauliflower in the end :(

The cheese tasted like the real thing! Cauliflower was also cooked until it was soft enough to break a part easily. The amount of cheese sauce was satisfying!
