Cheesecake

The base is made of nuts and oats. It isn't crunchy but it's very reach. The cheese layer is very creamy and tastes like coconut. The top layer gives a nice flavor but I'd add more of it to make the passion fruit more present.

Healthy base made with nuts and granola. The "cheese" part seems to be made with agar agar. Not the best texture and taste.
