Cheddar Broccoli Soup

This is one of my favorite soups! This was the first time I've eaten inside Vegan East instead of taking it home. The soup was a lot thicker this time and was perfect after a cold winter walk. This soup is ridiculously cheesy. It's best dipped with some bread, but I just used my whole sandwich. I love the homey atmosphere inside Vegan East. It's pretty bare bones while still being cozy. It's often a stop on my walks to pick up a cupcake or ice cream sandwich, but I do love getting lunch when I can. This is one of my favorite meals! So tasty, comforting, and filling. They usually have some packaged up to-go too in the fridge by checkout.

I love this soup so much I can't bring myself to give it less than fives stars, even in the nutrition category, which I'm sure it doesn't deserve. It's such good comfort food and it comes with Vegan East's house made bread, perfect for dipping. I just with I could buy it in bulk!!!
