Impressively moist cake (no 'huat kueh' texture!) packed with dried mango, orange peel, cranberries, raisins,
and macadamia nuts. 🥭🍊🍒 Loved the rehydrated fruit bits, and appreciated that they weren't bright neon (i.e. not treated with additives). Slightly different take on the standard fruit cake, as this had a chocolate flavour, yet wasn't too sweet.
