Cauliflower Tempura

Some sick cauliflower bites! Loved the bbq sauce and the mayo dip. Perhaps could have been crunchier but still very satisfying.

These pieces of cauliflower were marinated and breaded with a kind of BBQ taste, but better. It is crunchy on the outside and just the right ammount of softness on the inside. It comes with a vegan cream to dip the pieces in. A briljant starter and mouthwatering good. I recommend sharing it if you have mains too.
