So delicious and dense! I could eat it for days! And as always the frosting was incredible!

I’ve had a LOT of carrot cake over the years, but this is HANDS DOWN the best I’ve ever had. Even non-vegan relatives have agreed that it is one of, if not the best they’ve ever had. Super moist, flavorful, and decadent. I could talk about this cake for hours because it really is somethin😅🤤
