This was a customised bagel, a joint effort by me and the friendly café staff.
Although
they had no official savoury vegan options, we soon worked out that some fresh salad on a bagel drizzled with olive oil would do the job.
This bagel made a very enjoyable lunch. With no extra frills, the fresh tomato, lettuce and cucumber shone out. #eatraw
It’s a pleasant café. I would return and encourage them to offer some set vegan dishes.
