Last weekend we had a Vegan fest here in Malta, which went on for 2 days. It's still small, but it's already the second year and it's still growing. It's definitely a really nice opportunity to meet other like minded people and be in a relaxed atmosphere. Hope it's even bigger next year ✌️
Found this really cool Caribbean place on the vegan fest. They were serving from a food truck. I think usually they would have their own restaurant. Either way, the food was incredibly flavourful and the staff was super friendly. Just a really nice vibe ✌️
The cabbage fritters were my personal favourites. I had quite a few of them over the weekend. They are very greasy, but I really liked their intense flavour and their spice level. It has a really nice decent spice. Not too much, but still enough that it's part of the flavour ✌️
