This was a nice burrito, and even though it was not like a typical burrito, it wasn't especially memorable. I enjoyed all the ingredients which included marinated tofu, quinoa, greens, and a seasonal salsa. It was served with a vegan aioli that seemed Dijon-based. I was surprised by how good the sauces were. I think maybe I would have just appreciated a wider variety of veggies.
