Buffalo Cauliflower Tacos

Absolutely delicious Buffalo cauliflower tacos. The cauliflower is always cooked to perfection, and their Buffalo has the perfect amount of heat.

This dish was great! It’s a soft shelled taco with avocado and black beans on the bottom, cauliflower on top, and a garnish of diced onions. I would have liked to see more avocado and beans, but other than that, everything came together really well!

Arguably the best Vegan dish in this restaurant and “up there” for in Philadelphia. In my taste-bud experience, the best “vegan” dishes are the ones that take you beyond the realm of imitation, or attempts to, and instead, offer your senses a fresh and invigorating experience. This restaurant as a whole has a knack for this and this dish is king. Do not go here without ordering, especially if you love that Latin kinda spice, cauliflower, or tacos. While the fajita tacos were lacking, these were overstuffed! The cauliflower stayed crispy even in the takeout container, and they were very flavorful. The black beans and guac were an interesting but welcome addition. I would get these again. We got 2 with the dinner combo. These cauliflower tacos are delicious! A little too spicy for me, but I have a low spice tolerance. My friend (who actually isn’t vegan or even vegetarian) comes to bar bombon for these tacos because they’re one of her favorite dishes in Philadelphia.
