Buckwheat waffle with grilled tofu and roast veg

I really enjoyed this dish. It’s very tasty,with multiple levels of flavour, and it filled me quite well. buckwheat waffles with a portion of roast veggies, some tofu, black beans and a mangosalsa. Plus half an avocado and a bit of garlic mayo. The salsa was really tasty, as were the beans, so beautifully cooked. The tofu and veggies were seasoned well.
