Buckwheat waffle with grilled tofu and roast veg at Fed by plants — fx.k's Review (May 21, 2024)

I really enjoyed this dish. It’s very tasty,with multiple levels of flavour, and it filled me quite well. buckwheat waffles with a portion of roast veggies, some tofu, black beans and a mangosalsa. Plus half an avocado and a bit of garlic mayo. The salsa was really tasty, as were the beans, so beautifully cooked. The tofu and veggies were seasoned well. A really sweet #fullyvegan place by the river, somewhat between Tate Modern and the National Theatre, therefore a place to consider if you’re visiting either, or indeed if you’re doing a Thames vegan food crawl round these parts. Quite a range of dishes, including burgers and pizzas, wraps, tofu and chips. Also cakes and muffins. Major allergens are labelled. Lovely Friendly folk, and portions are pretty generous.
