Breakfast Poutine

A hearty breakfast! This would definitely be a hangover cure, with a whole mountain of potatoes topped with vegan breakfast sausage and hollandaise sauce. It was really delicious. The hollandaise rich and creamy and the potatoes nice and crispy. Needed some hot sauce.

This is the loaded version of the breakfast poutine at Astoria in Gatineau ; comes with a poached Yo egg, vegan sausage, guacamole and cheese ! Omg sooo good I absolutely recommend it #poutine
