An important start to any diving day includes a nice wholesome breakfast. This resort's buffet has all a vegan needs to get a good start to the day. I've been enjoying the granola cereal with raisins. I really love the cinnamon in it. They have both almond and soy milk to choose from! There's also always plenty of fruit and potatoes. The potatoes are seasoned nicely. Sometimes they are served with bell pepper, sometimes just onion. There's also a toast area off to the side with peanut butter and jelly. They also have a variety of fruit juices like orange, apple, and cranberry. I usually take a banana back with me to eat after the dives.
