This restaurant is connected to Hot Chip. It's pretty much a better Chipotle. They have
three different vegan proteins to choose from: chicken, chorizo, and barbacoa. They also have so many toppings to choose from including vegan cheese and sour cream. Each bowl comes with cilantro bitchin' lime rice, hippie pico, roasted corn, and oregano pinto beans.
This chicken has a nice taste and texture. It's definitely seitan, but it was softer than some seitan I've had. The temperature was just a bit odd. Maybe because I had too many cold toppings. I added Maui Waui sweet smokey aioli, vegan sour cream, and vegan cheese. This kind of cooled down the hot ingredients more than I would have liked. The flavors were all great though!
