The Homemade Otah cost $10.90. The otah was sweet and spicy, with an interesting combination
of shredded and chewy succulent ‘seafood’. Very realistic and impressive!
The spiciness of this otah is just right. However, the texture was quite mushy and
the otah just keep falling apart when we are eating. The taste is good though.
The otah was handmade which is really a huge huge plus! The texture was soft
and the flavour was robust with a hint of spice, delicious!

Had pretty high expectations for this after reading a good review but this would honestly
be more accurately categorised as a tribute to otah than actual otah HAHAH. Really didn't taste that similar to regular otah in terms of both taste and texture, but if you put that aside it's actually really good! The spices used were flavourful without being too overpowering, the texture was interesting, and there wasn't much of a tofu taste even though I think tofu made up for the bulk of it.
