be more accurately categorised as a tribute to otah than actual otah HAHAH. Really didn't taste that similar to regular otah in terms of both taste and texture, but if you put that aside it's actually really good! The spices used were flavourful without being too overpowering, the texture was interesting, and there wasn't much of a tofu taste even though I think tofu made up for the bulk of it.
