You can choose between regular or charred edamame, and either have salt or spice. I would definitely encourage anyone to spend that extra dollar if you can and get it charred. It really made it so much better than any other edamame I've had. The salt was beautiful flakes that were very enjoyable.

This was the charred, spicy version of edamame. I loved the spice mix but wasn't a fan of the charring- next time I'll get the plain steamed & spicy. You get an extra bowl for shells as usual. A good classic appetizer!
