I really love BLTs but I was disappointed that the tempeh seemed to not be marinated at all. The harissa aioli didn't even add that much flavor.

We also had the BLT with temph and this was very good. The sourdough bread was perfect, the veggies were crisp, and the temph was nicely marinated. #abillionturns3
