#Manhattan is one of the best places to find vegan food, and I was fortunate

to eat at this restaurant in #Chelsea. This dish is as amazing as it looks. The #scallops had a lovely texture, and paired with the spinach, polenta, and mushroom broth, this dish was perfect. If you miss that scallop texture, I highly recommend you try this.

This restaurant has upscale food in a cozy and relaxed setting. The presentation of

all the dishes is beautiful, and the taste is spectacular. If you are a scallop fan, I highly recommend this dish. It's been awhile since I've had the real thing, but this tasted close, and the sauce was delicious. I could happily eat this every day.

These were so accurate tasting to the real thing my non vegan mum could not

tell the difference. Such a wonderful starter and the size was very generous.

What a great idea to use mushrooms as substitute for scallops. They have the exact

right texture and this is a delicious dish!
