Review of Trumpet mushroom scallops at Blossom by sgrande

#Manhattan is one of the best places to find vegan food, and I was fortunate to eat at this restaurant in #Chelsea. This dish is as amazing as it looks. The #scallops had a lovely texture, and paired with the spinach, polenta, and mushroom broth, this dish was perfect. If you miss that scallop texture, I highly recommend you try this.
