It was really good 😋 I’ve been very critical of their #sichuan dishes because frankly they were really unfortunate, but given how much I enjoyed their #soba and the fact I can #ditchdairydrinkbeer at a vegan establishment is reason enough for me to return. I enjoyed the chewiness and freshness of this dish. It’s slightly spicy but acceptable. Black fungus is known to help with blood circulation and lowers cholesterol in Chinese medicine studies. No wonder you often find them in Chinese cuisine.
LOVED the flavours in this appetiser - black fungus steeped in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and chilli. With lashings of fragrant sesame oil. 🤤 Could have happily eaten just this with a bowl of white rice! #veganisnotscary
