Big Vegan Breakfast Brioche

Showstopper breakfast indeed! The sweet potato hash patty was so friggen crispy. My only criticism is I thought the ‘grilled vegan patty’ was gonna be more like meat, it just tasted like veggies to me

So so good!! So different to the normal vegan breakfast options of Quorn sausages. Full of gorgeous veg and flavours, amazing!!!
