Bife de Seitan

Pensavo avrei amato un po' di più questo piatto, ma non mi ha fatto impazzire. Il seitan era buono ma rimaneva un po' insipido, l'hummus di fagioli neri non così speciale. Nel complesso un piatto con diversi sapori, ma tornando indietro proverei altro 📍 Chiado, Lisbona 💰 12,95€

The seitan was super tender, maybe just a bit tasteless, but the pepper sauce is pure poetry + crispy sweet potato fries and a delicate but tasty coleslaw as a side. It’s good but not something I’d buy again. Apparently they changed the menu a week before and the sauce was another one, which a friend that went with me said was way better.

I like it enough that I've ordered it the second time already. Could do with a tiny bit more salt and spice, but I have that problem everywhere in Portugal

Bife de seitan, molho de pimenta, salada e batatas doce fritas. É a segunda vez que peço este prato e não desilude. O bife é tenro, molho e batatas fritas excelentes
