Bibimbap

Really love Eat Chay, they are consistently amazing with the taste and presentation of the food. The soya chunks are so delicious and give so much flavour to the whole dish. The only thing I’d say is just personal preference that I wish they had some of the delicious sauces available to buy on the side (big sauce fan).

This was a great dish, the rice was soft, the soya meat had the right amount of chew and the veg was crunchy. I was a bit spicy for me but I am a total spice wimp!

Amazing Vegan Bibimbap here at Eat Chay. It was very nutritious and filling as a meal. Made up of mainly rice, kimchi, beansprouts and seitan, I would highly recommend this, especially with it only being £8.50.
