Boxcar Pizza is 100% vegan and has quickly become my new favorite pizza in Portland! Not just because it’s deep-dish pizza (my fave), but because of their innovative toppings and their crisp square crust that contrasts perfectly with their wet creamy drizzles on top. Their pizza is so mouthwateringly good that it’s difficult to even put into words. You just have to try it to understand! This particular pizza consists of a Cheddar/ Mozzarella cheese blend, Jalapeños, Bacon, Beef, Red Onions, Ranch, and BBQ drizzle.
