The dish came with a choice of #shandiglobal chicken or tofu. Opted for the 'chicken' which had such an impressive mouthfeel - firm yet with the grain/fibre that I remember real chicken to have! Very happy that Bangkok Jam has expanded their vegan-friendly menu in collaboration with various #sglocal plant-based alternatives! ($14.90) #sgvegan

Also, if you eat it warm, just cooked, it is delicious. And even if you packet it home, and it isn’t as warm, it is still so good! Even though it cooled down abit, it doesn’t affect the taste at all.

vegetables, I chose the latter. I just love the simplicity of a good bowl of green curry with wholesome vegetables.
The fragrant Thai Basil leaves, those generous serving of small purple brinjal, beautifully cut into small chunks, so soft & flavorful. Sweet baby corns. Cubes of soft tofu. Slices of sweet carrots & fresh broccoli 🥦. So heavenly Thai.
This is part of weekday lunch set special at $17.70 with a drink. It is relatively a small bowl of green curry for the set lunch. Looking at 3rd photo, the bowl of rice looks almost the same size as the bowl of Thai green curry.🥴
If I’m to order ala-carte, it is full size at $17.70 (10% service charge & 8% GST inclusive) without rice & drink.
I won’t be ordering the set lunch again. I would prefer to order the full size green curry & a plate of rice. If I would like a drink, I would order my favourite #vegan Thai Milk Tea. That would be a hearty & happy meal for me :)
