For the banana chia toast I had sourdough bread which is currently their only vegan bread and asked them to substitute the honey for maple syrup which they were than happy to do! I chose almond butter instead of peanut butter. This reminds me of a much fancier version of something I ate as a kid😊. I get the ginger beet smoothie with oat milk frequently. It has the right combination of sweetness and tanginess and gives me a lovely boost in my day!
