Super tasty! Can taste the lemon and lavender coming through and decoration is very festive!

We had Mapo Tofu Tacos at The Bad Seed Food Truck in Grand Marais, MN. This dish was the only vegan item on the menu and was a fun find. It was tangy/spicy with tofu, mushrooms and a really unique slaw. It was super filling too!

We had the flatbread tacos with rice and beans, extra, extra sauerkraut, corn, red onions and guac. It was a unique twist on a taco and we were so happy to find a creative dish that was also vegan. Make sure you request more

This smoothie had a nice kick of coffee in a chocolate smoothie with a hint of banana and peanut butter. There was the option to add protein parent but I did not. Coffee drink in a healthyish smoothie😊

This was another light and fluffy donut. I got a slight hint of watermelon but the saltiness same through quite nicely.

Olde Ave Coffee Shop is another vegan discovery while on vacation in Rochester. I have so far stopped 3 times and plan to head back there tomorrow on our way out of town😊. So wish I had found them soon and of course forgot more

This was your fairly typical mango margarita but maybe it was the beautiful weather or maybe it was the chunky salt on the rim of the glass or maybe it was that it was paired with such a great vegan meal that made it go down so well😂

I am never had anything quite like this! So salty and savory. The flavors worked incredibly well together. All vegan ingredients-patty, truffle cream cheese, green olives, hickory smoked bacon and special seasonings. more

I love sweet potatoes and these were a sweet potato bomb in my mouth! They were sweet, salty and super creamy. I paired it with the vegan ranch. YUM!!!
