Bak Chor Mee

Flavourful. A very respectable replacement of the actual meat dish

Quite different from a typical BCM. The noodles used were handmade noodles (think u mian but thicker), and the sauce was more of a sweet soy sauce than the typical savoury vinegar-y BCM sauce. Despite the differences, I really enjoyed this, especially the texture of the noodles! Their fishball and fishcake were the type with chopped chilis and vegetables inside, which I'm personally not into.

Flavorful soaked mushrooms with minced "bak chor" and handmade chewy noodles, simple and delightful traditional dish veganized.
