It’s not quite authentic as the soup is too sweet. The green raw veg on

top is also odd to go with pho. But everything was fresh and doesn’t taste like msg. So kudos to having a vegan option and veg sauces)The vegetarian spring roll tastes quite standard (FYI Vietnamese spring rolls aren’t deep fried but more of a raw vegetables roll). sorry I forgot to take pics

I really love this restaurant but the one thing that would make it even better

is if that had way more Vegan options. This restaurant caters mostly to meat eaters. I love the few vegan options they do have but I would love to see more. The atmosphere is what makes this restaurant stand out from other places I have been to. They are an asian fusion style restaurant which I like but you can get dishes you won't find anywhere else. Yum!
