This ayam penyet was BUSSIN! 💯 Beneath the deep-fried crunchy seasoned batter, the seitan 'chicken' had a ridiculously convincing soft and fibrous texture. 🍗 Tasty and juicy yet not dripping in oil. I'm not usually a fan of mock meat, but I honestly think @botanict has perfected the art of preparing gluten-based mock meat~ 🧑🍳 Came with chilli sauce and cherry tomatoes too. 🌶️🍅 Must-order!! Really yummy!! The meat has a bit of soy taste but texture was on point! Rice is fragrant, chili had a good kick too. Would eat again 😍 About $10 per box after self pick up discount #veganisnotscary
