Avocado and Sweet Potato Bibimbap

Okay price for a "healthy" meal in Orchard compared to their literal next door neighbor Haakon. I wish there was more spinach -it's below the sweet potatoes, which they gave a lot! Super weird to have carbs on carbs lol think I'll customize my own bowl next time! They have disposable bowls but reusable utensils.

Tastes pretty good granted that I’m not necessarily the biggest fan of Korean cuisine. I think the flavours work great. Although the price is not ridiculous, it’s not that filling in my opinion... So, I would add tofu/mushrooms but that also adds up to become more expensive PS. I only remembered to take a picture after mixing everything together and the lighting there was so blue?!

It’s a good way to have some rice and salad. Sauce is great (Soy Sesame), but it’s probably not something you’d crave for.
