Atlantic Sea Salt Gula Melaka Ice Cream

One of my favourite ice-cream flavours at Smoocht. It’s like salted caramel ice-cream with a Southeast Asian twist thanks to the distinct taste of gula melaka (coconut palm sugar). I like that the sweetness of the gula melaka isn’t overwhelming; there’s just the right amount of salt to balance it out.

Perfect ice cream. Not too sweet, and not too fatty tasting.

Its my second favorite after mango passion. Creamy. satisfying. 2 of #veganin2020

My latest fav.very unique.the sweetness is to perfect level.n the taste lingers in the mouth for sometime in my mind for looooong.

Enjoy this a little less because i will like it if coconut sugar went with pandan flavours! Rather than sea salt
