This was a pretty cool side dish. One each of their different inari: Chuka wakame, Tofuegg Mayo, Inari, Teriyaki Mushroom Inari, Vegan Floss and Quinoa. With the exception of the quinoa, they use brown rice. I particularly enjoyed the quinoa and the teriyaki mushroom inaris. the tofu-mayo and vegan floss ones were kinda interesting too. #inari #sushi #quinoa #wakame #tofu #teriyaki #mushroom #vegansushi Fully vegan cafe with quite an exciting selection of salads, sandwiches and sides. They also have some hot food. Portions are fairly large. They specify if items contain alliums, but not for the major allergens, although they do list main ingredients as you place your order. Orders/payments online only, no card/cash: you need access to a device with working internet, and capacity to make online payments. Digital menu in english. Ground floor cafe, outdoor and indoor seating. #fullyvegan #cafe #singapore

🍘🍙 Finally, a japanese dish with a non white rice option. My prayers were answered! There was supposed to be a wakame flavour, but I swapped it out for another flavour. So there's nothing green here. Haha. Subtlely seasoned, not heavy, wholesome. I believe these are prepared and refrigerated in advanced. So dont expect the warmth of hand crafted inari, which I'm totally fine with. This definitely has potential to expand to other flavours with ingredients they use for other dishes! 🥰
