Asparagus Minced Wrap

First time ive have wrapped asparagus in a vegan way. Delicious attemps. Looks deceiving as the asparagus were massive bits but it was cooked perfectly, they were super tender. Good pairing with the vegan minced wrap. Loved those skewers.

Grilled skewers of tender and buttery sweet asparagus glazed in savoury sauce!
