We’ve never tried Chile relleno before and we are SO glad that we did because
it was absolutely incredible. It’s a poblano pepper stuffed with chickpea chorizo and had the most incredible sauce on top of it- perfection! It’s a bit spicy, so keep that in mind before ordering
