This scone was incredible! I wish I was hungrier when I was eating it! @jonok and I had just biked 11 miles in upper 80°F heat and had 6 more miles to get back home. It was hard for the two of us to finish it even though it was so yummy. The pistachios were a great addition to the ginger and apricot.
