Well, aren’t all dine-ins zero waste. But how do we know what’s wasted in the kitchen? Discovered a new vegan restaurant that opened up, and their menu looks very original. For desserts we ordered the apple tart with caramelised apple, chocolate crumble and maple caviar. The dessert was so good and lite, the apples filling in the center was so rich without being too sweet. And the caviar was a very nice touch to provide that jelly bite to the whole thing. The tart was crispy, dense but not too thick. Full marks for taste! #vegantart #veganappletart #vegandessert
