the flavors in this #veganappetizer were very subtle. i have to admit the dominant flavor was a very smooth #oliveoil roughly described as - rice flan with nettle with creamed leek. right after i ordered, i remembered there is a business lunch (grazie 🙏🏼 @miocillo0 ) but i had already ordered and this sounded interesting. i love #leeks/ #porro and admit they have a subtle flavor. other than the business lunch, the prices are a little high but a complete stranger joined me for lunch and treated 🤷🏻‍♀️ when does that ever happen? i always appreciate #100percentplantbased - no need to ask about ingredients! and some purple flowers in the woods. 🪻🌳🪾

Tanta gente oggi in Brera da Il Lughino. Chissà quanti clienti entrano in questo locale in pieno centro e con arredi tradizionali sapendo che la sua cucina é 100% cruelty free??? In foto c'ê il loro attuale Antipasto Stagionale, che sembra una delle classiche lasagne del locale ma é invece un tortino a strati. Ci sono la farinata di ceci, le patate e tanti buoni carciofi.
