Loved the presentation of this dish.
Cashew sauce was creamy, beets lacked flavour but a decent appetiser.

I'm always a bit apprehensive abt beetroot dishes.
I feel that it's one of those hit or miss for me, thts just preference n tastebuds of course.

Couldn’t taste the cashew cheese at all coz it’s such a thin layer… beetroot
was alright but don’t think they did anything special to it. Sourdough crisps were good. Wouldn’t order this again

The mix of beetroot and creamy cashew cheese with the crispy toast is a must try!

I loved this!
I would only improve it by adding a few more of the crackers to dip in - they only covered about half of the cashew cheese and beetroot. Otherwise I felt the flavour profile of the cashew cheese and beetroot was amazing, but I would’ve wanted for the beetroot to be a bit more tart?...
