Beetroot And Cashew Cheese at Analogue — skootykoots's Review (May 12, 2022)

I'm always a bit apprehensive abt beetroot dishes. I feel that it's one of those hit or miss for me, thts just preference n tastebuds of course.
But this one, simple, tasty, n a lot of thought has been put into this dish cos its pleasant and enjoyable. Took me by surprise.
