this friendly #familyowned bakery was happy to make a custom #sandwich, which they call #panino
imbottito. I chose potatoes, bell pepper, and eggplant, which they toasted in their homemade #focaccia I did not get to enjoy it warm because of a cat situation (that merits a separatepost), but it was delicious later. #supportlocal  I did not taste the eggplant much, but the potato/bell pepper combination was amazing.
