This was a side dish; made from pine nuts if I recall correctly. It had

a nice crisp casing, and gooey insides… though still not capturing that desirable squeak and firmer sqishy vibe that the animal-based equivalent tends to have. A nice little extra.

Basically a side of fried #vegancheese ! Made from pili nuts which are also known

as Java almonds or kenari. Similar taste to a pumpkin seed or pine nut...but different ! This cheese even has an little edge like blue cheese. It's interesting! I wanted something #cheesy to go with the rest of my food ! 30k for a side.
