‘Halloumi’ at Alchemy Uluwatu — Tessa's Review (Nov 9, 2023)

Basically a side of fried #vegancheese ! Made from pili nuts which are also known as Java almonds or kenari. Similar taste to a pumpkin seed or pine nut...but different ! This cheese even has an little edge like blue cheese. It's interesting! I wanted something #cheesy to go with the rest of my food ! 30k for a side.
